We are a father and daughter team that have been investing in property for a number of years. Over this time we have built up a portfolio in the Derby and Leicestershire area by following a model that allows us to recycle our money and buy more properties.
We have both single let (SL) and house of multiple occupation (HMO) properties and are now moving into supported living accommodation.
By using a variety of property strategies we aim to both de-risks our business and maximize the cash flow from our assets. This sets the foundation for long term growth and a strong income.
From the experience gained we offer a portfolio building service to help our customers invest in property and build their own portfolio. We also manage property's for existing landlords.
We believe that a sustainable long term business relationship is built on great communication, understanding and trust. We have this in mind in everything we do from the first meeting all the way through to managing your asset and looking after your tenants. From our knowledge we know what a good property deal looks like and will only offer the best for your situation so your asset starts making money from day one.

Alex’s Wish is a charity set-up to eradicate Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, an aggressive form of Muscular Dystrophy that affects 1 in every 3,500 boys born. Every single muscle is destroyed due to a lack of protein. It also affects the heart and lungs as these are muscles too.
Within the next 10 years, they want to stop the devastating effects this condition has on boys and young adults with Duchenne, wanting to save their lives.
